All network printing (excluding printers that are directly attached to a computer) will be unavailable on Friday 1st August between 6.00pm and 10.00pm. We will be upgrading the software system that is used to charge and release print and copy jobs, which will take us one step closer to being able to roll out wireless printing at Unitec. Please ensure you have cleared all your print jobs before 6pm and do not attempt to send any to the print queue during the outage window (6.00pm to 10.00pm). For those people that use multiple charge codes, please note that the desktop pop up window looks slightly different but the process of selecting a code is the same. How to reset password.

Staff may reset their password via the Forgot Password link found on the myUnitec login page.
Staff will initially need to login to the myUnitec portal and set up the answers to security questions (see section Steps to set up Challenges and responses below). If you haven’t already done this and require your password reset please contact the IMS Help desk Ph: +64 9 815 4321 Extn 8484.
How to reset password.
If you receive a message ‘Answers to challenge response questions have not been set…’ you will not be able to reset your password and will have to contact the IMS Help desk Ph: +64 9 815 4321 Extn 8484
Steps to set up Challenges and responses.
Once complete click Submit.
